The SCADA system can be designed to meet the requirements of the customer including:

Basic functions include:
- graphical display
- alarm monitoring
- data logging
- trending (real time / historical)
- event monitoring
- reporting
- maintenance scheduling
- security
Enhanced functionality can include:
- remote control and monitoring via modem and SMS
- web authorised SCADA clients
Graphical displays include:
- single line diagrams
- power distribution networks
- PID engine systems (lub oil, water, exhaust, charge air, fuel, etc)
- bearing temperatures
- alternator temperatures
- generator status
- auxiliary status
- control system status (ie. comms)
- power management status
