The £220 million redevelopment of Crossness Sewage Works, the UK's second largest sewage site near London, is progressing well. The major upgrade is scheduled for completion early next year and set to significantly reduce the amount of storm sewage that overflows into the River Thames during heavy rainfalls. Involved in the redevelopment project is REGULATEURS EUROPA, member company of the HEINZMANN Group. The company is upgrading the existing Power Management System, which was designed and supplied by RE to Crossness Sewage Works in 2003.
